Few flags prevented me from proceeding, wanted to check if anyone else has been called on any loads or has any experience?

Has anybody had any recent dealings with Manna Trucking?
They are advising they only do ON/QC and that they have 10 trucks.

We seem to have used them a handful of times , ON / QC or just local ON.
They seem to have picked-up and delivered on time with good communication.

Also noteworthy... Their CVOR is conditional which is also a red flag for me;

I will heed the advice I find on here, adding them to the DNU
