Logistiq Xpress - Possible Scammer

Thanks everyone. They asked for a load today, but I avoided them. In all fairness, if anyone has had a good experience (or at least a non-problematic one), please share with the group. I have used some companies in the past that have improved their service once they got rid of some bad apples.

If it looks like....... and smells like.......... i normally is like

Honestly, after going through all the comments, I understand why there might be some hesitation. From our experience, though, this company has been handling our loads on a regular basis. There have been a few delays here and there, which is fairly common even with bigger companies, but overall, they’ve been reliable, and their rates are reasonable.

Just sharing my experience.

Please be careful.
They reached out to us for a Load from Ontario to Calgary and went dark when asking for pictures of their trucks.
Their rate was also over $1000 Cheaper than all of our other "vetted" carriers.

Website is also 2 months old. With no pictures of their trucks.

It’s disappointing to see our company labeled a “possible scammer” based on speculation and gossip rather than facts.

We have active inspections on record, which anyone can verify publicly. Companies that don’t operate trucks don’t get roadside inspections.

Regarding some of the comments:

Paige Logistics asked for truck photos and onboarding documents. Everything was sent and we were told we were approved for a load, and then suddenly a post appears saying we sent photos but they “wouldn’t give a load.” That’s simply not accurate.

• Someone else mentioned seeing a photo of an older dry van and decided they were “still not going to use us.” That is obviously their choice, but how exactly does the age of a trailer make a company a “possible scammer”?

• There was also a “load hostage” comment. This is a very serious accusation.

So let’s clarify publicly:

Who are you?
What company do you represent?
When exactly did this happen?
What load, what lane, what date?

Have we ever actually worked together?

If someone claims we held a load hostage, please provide a rate confirmation, BOL, or any proof. Otherwise it’s just anonymous accusations.

It’s not good for the industry when people damage a company’s reputation online based on unverified assumptions like a cheaper rate or a newer website.

If anyone here has a real issue, contact us directly and we will address it professionally.
We are here to clear up misinformation, as these kinds of unverified comments directly affect our company’s reputation.
