Logistiq Xpress - Possible Scammer

Please be careful.
They reached out to us for a Load from Ontario to Calgary and went dark when asking for pictures of their trucks.
Their rate was also over $1000 Cheaper than all of our other "vetted" carriers.

Website is also 2 months old. With no pictures of their trucks.

Had them on an Alberta to Ontario load last week until he started with the Quick pay BS. At that point I did not have a great feeling so I just told him no issue I will find another carrier which we did.

Loadlink regulations are all but non do not exist. Their biggest one is pay the bill you are golden in their eyes. Scammers and crooks all welcome so long as they pay the bill or sure seems like it as little to no policing on their part.

It's okay though cause they hosted a wonderful mixer last night at their office. We're so honoured to take part in celebrating the success of their monopoly.

this is a place to find out good and bad. Lots of bad on here as there is far to many bad actors in the business. You will see glowing reports on some and what the hell where you thinking booking with them on others. Good luck.

There is lots of good information here and it is mostly bad news because trucking is an industry full of bad actors. The bad actors think very differently as they are criminals so it can be difficult to outsmart them.

There is also a low barrier of entry into trucking so it attracts lots of incompetent people -- good drivers, bad business owners, under capitalized -- who inevitably get into financial trouble in the race to the bottom during this freight recession.

Many carriers also broker freight because they think it an easy way to make money. As a broker who also worked for truck companies, it is not easy but much better than having assets and drivers.

If you need a reference on a carrier or broker search the forum then post it if needed, the amount of industry knowledge from the regular contributors is staggering and they give it away for free

They reached out recently but wont use. Thanks.
 
They are back up and posting trucks and loads. Seems pretty strange to ask for loads and yet post they have loads on same lane. any ideas here?
