Hello everyone, looking at using this company for LTL to Nova Scotia. MTS used to do it. has anyone had any experience with them?

Used once. Tracing is like talking to a deer in the headlights. Have to ask 4 or 5 different ways to see if the freight picked up or delivered. Brutal
Be careful.
One of the seniors from Galaxy is with Land wide now

Used once as well. Tracking was impossible, 24hrs min for a reply or phone being answered. Sent wrong equipment on 1st attempt. Was skeptical about our order being double brokered (SK to ON), so had my warehouse take pics of the tractor and trailer upon delivery, both, to my astonishment, had Land Wide on them. So, atleast the local delivery happened on their equipment. Wouldn't use again if i can help it (which, i guess i can).
 
I messaged Ed directly and hopefully he can help. Tracking has been a pretty bad, emails ignored and calls not answered. Apparently delivered yesterday into NS. our client is not on site and requires a verbal POD. We are having a difficult time finding someone who can get the driver to read a name.

I am hoping Ed can help.
 
have sent the pod we are short staffed and trying to keep up
 
Ed is decent to work with, tracking is getting better and POD come in a few days later after we request it...

I would say they are slowly getting it sorted out.... 100% better than 4 months ago.
 
Neil double brokered my freight to Sunstar from NB to ON, resulting in a claim. DNU
