Folks,Be Aware of Kommitted not paying their Bills and Not answering calls and emails i can smell another Scam happening !!!!!

There just happens to be a member on this site who could probably assist you, I'm sure he will reach out upon seeing this:)

@Dave J seeing you on other posts, you must be Danny Jhudge from Jace Trucklines.

I've already explained what happened in another thread, but happy to start this conversation again for all members to see. We tendered a laod to BM Express, BM Express tendered the load to Power Pivot, Power Pivot tendered you the load. You went directly to my customer for payment, I don't fault you at all for that.

We BOTH agreed that we would pay you half and then you would deliver. We paid you, and you said actually no, pay me in full or no delivery. We paid you in full. Then you said wellllll how about you pay me 1 more invoice that's outstanding, and we did. You delivered. And now you're going BACK to my customer saying Kommitted has still never paid you but we have sent remittance to you, to our customer, and everyone else involved.

We didn't even have to help you Danny I could have told you to take it up with Power Pivot. We paid you everything owed to you, and you're still going back to our customer to say we didn't pay you ... i'm assuming to try to collect double payment?

Any InsideTransport member can message me or call me directly if they have any issues with Kommitted. I use my real name here Danny, and here's my cell phone number again i'm happy to speak with you any time you want 519 983 7211

@Dave J going to add one more thing here Danny Boy, we CLEARLY paid you in full or else you would still be holding onto our shipment. Remember you Facetimed me and I said I want to see this load is actually on YOUR truck and you're not brokering this out to another carrier, and then you were scared to show me your face? You pointed the camera at the ground the whole time? To facetime me and then not even show your face. Remember? I said hey Danny how about you show me what you look like, and you said "ohhhh noooo brothherrrr I don't do that noooooo".

Best of luck to you sir.

I can’t speak for other brokers, but if my firm allowed one of our customers shipments to be passed willy nilly through the hands of two or three different carriers/brokers, the last place I would admit to it or talk about it would be here on Inside Transport. Man that is embarrassing! I am not making excuses for anyone’s behaviour in this sordid affair, but shouldn’t there be someone exercising at least some level of control when you are entrusted with moving your customers freight? The double/triple broker is obviously the real culprit, without question. However the party that allowed the fox into the hen house in the first place does deserve to shoulder a certain degree of blame. There are no “clean hands” in this debacle.

Ya, so, I changed the thread title.
It certainly sucks to fall victim of a re-brokering situation. It's happened to even the most stringent brokers and every time it happens, it should cause you to find the holes in your vetting process and plug them quick.

Keep well,
Mike

Mike,
you paid me and next day you reversed the payment and now stop answering my calls and emails, we deliver load in good faith and agreed we will get payments upon delivery, which we got it but why you reversed the payment next day and we didn't approach before we start contacting them after when you reversed the payment because you stop answering
its not double payment its same payment you reversed

see below Proof of reversed payment

you are not man of word, when load delivered you back off

when load delivered I backed off? Of course we backed off, you immediately went on DNU after your account was cleared out and you delivered the load. Get a grip. There are plenty of carriers on this forum that we use daily that will vouch for us. Keep dreaming Danny Boy.
