Does anyone have any information on Kingston Transport Carrier?

They may be on the up and up - I can't say for sure. But...........in the past month they have had equipment wherever I have freight. Seemed a little strange for me.
 
Kingston Transport

I know they were hauling some freight for us from BC to Ontario every week but they were OK for a bit then screwing it all up ... we had our doubts about what they were doing, thought may double-broker ... but couldn't prove anything. But personally, I'd be wary.
 
USed them once and took them 2 weeks to deliver the freight from MB back to ON. Will not use them again
 
They may have some of their own trucks but they double broker and will lie about. Simply stay away. Not worth the hassle dealing these company.
 
Anyone else owed money from Kingston Transport or receive a recent payment? Tony is A/P - mailbox is full - 2 email addresses and both bounce back. Not in the office either....
 
If you value your freight you will not use them, it took me over a month to get my freight, after they double brokered it the carrier held their freight until they got paid.

P.S - Nice name "Supersplif" haha

If this is the Kingston Transport that I know Tony is the owner and also owns GHK Transport which I believe is 3pl only.

Maybe he is available at that office?

I had a problem collecting from Kingston -- Did a load in early December. My controller was on my nutz for collection so I posted up a truck for a week or so in the same lane I did for them. Sure enough it pops up. I called on it, got all the details, worked out a price and then blunted stated "And will you pay this time?" I was placed on hold and then when the hold came to, it was Tony. He Puralator'd me a cheque. I got it, cashed it. Never signed any promises on the load to do.

Another on the DNU list.
 
Some interesting posts here - all confirming my original suspicions...

I will update again when the matter is resolved - hopefully soon.

Still waiting on payment from Kingston Transport - do not deal with these people...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Tony never returns calls - A/P mailbox is full - if you get anyone in dispatch (Adam/Kevin) - they tell you to email an invoice - have done that 3 times over.

Put in a complaint to Link & Equifax.

BEWARE....BEWARE....BEWARE....
 
Wow!!

I saw this just in time. We had a load to pick up for them tomorrow in Brooklyn, NY, which I just cancelled.

Thanks for saving me from another deadbeat broker.
