Khera Transport imposter scam

Sounds exactly like the alldays scammers that also claimed to be from SK. Talked to who they claimed to be their insurance broker and it was a fake COI sent from a fake insurance company email.

Hi,
@Flint123 how do you know they are same individuals?

BTL Express is on Loadlink with 306-371-6571 as the phone number

I received several emails from dispatch@btlexpress.com -- this domain was registered on Apr 24, 2026

We use BTL Express all the time, and booked a load with who we thought was them using the email dispatch@btlexpress.com and its been a week since we were told the load delivered and we just found out it never was. The phone number of 406-717-2194 matches this thread. The correct email for BTL is dispatch@btlexp.com

We did not catch it as we use them regularly but should have noticed the email and phone number were different in the email thread than in our system.

We got scammed on a load.

The people who booked the load were using BTL Express's information, but it now appears the carrier packet was fake/fraudulent. They communicated through email, accepted the load, and later claimed it was delivered, but never provided a POD. After that, they stopped replying to emails and blocked our phone calls.

The contacts they used were:

The load is still missing. If anyone has dealt with these contacts or has any information about the load, please contact me.

Reward available for information leading to recovery of the load

Not that it helps in your current situation but looks like they weren't targeting your shipper/customer particularly.

I can't imagine there is much of a market to easily offload pool covers.

It might turn up sooner or later.
