JSN Carriers MC#793389

I as well had no issues with first load they did, but this one transit time was way to long on the lane and with MC stats I had gut telling me no way the loaded this in USA..................anyways take for what you will, I'll be holding payment until proved all other parties have been paid as per our LCS.

As Mike JR has said seems I spend more time as fireman lately

Funny, I had a lady (Beverly, something like that) from JSN call today on some LTL we were shipping to Victoria BC...

After a little poking around (here at insidetransport of course) we did not use her 'availability' to quote the business.

Also I don't like it when someone asks me a stupid question like: "do you know you need to take a ferry to get there?". I should have asked what a ferry was... Here's your sign...

Shakey,

Not to brag, I'm finally ahead of the fires (for now) even despite an amazingly busy October. I will enjoy this time to focus on reports and other duties here knowing that the piles will be back (they're never really gone for long are they?)...

Keep well,

Mike

here is a quote from our customer that received the good as well for how they operate, might have just been my good luck to get this to only happen to us! We paid them for 45 feet BTW.........wished his sales rep took pictures and told us this at delivery not couple weeks later

Speaking to my sales guy that received the load in Aldergrove, he had some observations, and he wasn't too happy;

- The trailer was only loaded approx 1/3, was the 45' of trailer mentioned below an exaggeration?
- The driver broke all of the pallets trying to unload, making it difficult and time consuming to unload. The mats were falling all over the truck and ground resulting in plenty of hand unloading.
- There was not a power tailgate on the truck as requested so we had to borrow a forklift. The invoice has a $125 charge for a tailgate that did not exist.

Talked to my guy further, he says that the pallets were chimney blocked and definitely not 45' of trailer, he estimates 1/3 of trailer.
Also the trailer did have a power tailgate, but the driver 'threatened' that he would charge $20 per pallet if he was forced to use it.

I also posted a thread on this company.

All lies and they held our freight when we caught onto the lies. Even after we paid them, they delivered ANOTHER day late.

I would put this company as one of the biggest DNU out there.
