Owner is John E Lothian and I suggest everyone stays away from him and his double brokered loads. He does not pay anyone and is running a phony operation like Chris from Briacar or Transport La La in Quebec. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID if you do any work for Him. He has no bank account and goes to money marts to cash cheques so once it is cashed say bye to your money. He has 2-3 people that work out of his rented home on 24 Pearson in Brampton because he has judgements or others are after him for $$$ so he only rents now. His employees are his wife Jackie aka Michelle or his son Shawn aka Michael aka Jay aka Steve and John aka Heron. He has no proper authorites and is being sued by many different companies. So to protect yourslef and others please let them know about this fellow.

It has come to my attention that this charachter John Edward Lothian is using his disolved companies to pick up and post loads on link. His insurance has expired and has no authorities. Be very careful when working with this guy cause he is probably one of the workst out there. He might be related to Chris from Transport LaLa.

It appears that he has bailed from his rented house at 24 Pearson Brampton. His former residence on Summergrove went power of sale. Public record: Both he and his wife have previously declared bankruptcy twice.

If you post loads between Ontario and Western Canada, he will call you.

ps no connection between Chris and Joh other than neither one pays their bills.

Thanks for the heads up. I coudnt help but but notice someone mentioning D. Brown Transport. These are are proffesional criminals that resurface every few months or so with tie to organised crime. How does he access Link, using what name? I am going to notify Loadlink about this. This is not a Quebec problem anymore, it's nationwide.

I wish that I had stumbled on this post several weeks ago, before I got screwed for 2 weeks pay and my buddy for 1, not to mention how many other drivers he hasn't paid. Anyone have any suggestions for getting our money? Thanks.
 
You have any updated info on John? Where he operates now under what company and where he lives maybe or his phone #'s, any news on him would be helpful.
 
Thanks Rob, I need some personal info on him to enforce a couple judgements. I know he likes to move around alot so I was looking for an updated address or phone nums. The last address I have for him is 818 Crawford Mill Ave in Mississauga.

I worked for 2 weeks for this guy, he did not pay me because I refused to take out a mechanically unfit truck. I refused to fix the log books. Peel police have been informed as well as MTO & Ministry of labor who is already aware of

:eek: Yes I also drove for this shyster. Didn't get my last cheque either. Had to quit - couldn't leave on a Wed to do 3 del on Fri in Edm then do 3 pics and be in Toronto on Mon to do 3 del.

Last I saw John was on the dock at our friend Tony from Kingston/GHK - imagine that.:rolleyes:
