We had dealing with John and had to get the police involved. We deducted from his invoice for the dissapearing load/tardiness and his factoring company (z&z) took us to court over it, even though the police were involved with John's actions. Now we show that on our credit score and this guy gets to continue to screw ppl? Exactly what does it take to stop these types of ppl?
 
I spoke with Z&Z and apparently they had cut off John years ago once they figured out what kind of people the Skumbags are they stopped factoring them.
 
Still around from what I know but they call from unknown or private number
