I'm getting a bad feeling about these folks. I have them at 2 glen eden court in Hamilton. They are not answering/returning calls. Anyone drive by there on their way home?

Still waiting

still waiting for payment on a load from April 4. Supposed to mail out the cheque finally on Aug 19 at the latest. Have not yet received.

Invoices over 90 days old, we have reported them to THE LINK and I am the second one to report, If they get one more report they will call them on our behalf for payment.

I believe this company is tetering on the edge...

My oldest invoice is dated April 13 and they gave me a post-dated cheque for that as well as two other post-dated cheques for two other loads. The one for the oldest load was post-dated for today so I took it to their bank to have it certified.

They told me that although they certify cheques in this way all the time, after looking at this company's account they told me they were unable to certify any cheques on that account at this time.

This company apparently doesn't have $1300 in their bank account.

I have complained to the link and will be calling their customers today, that is, after I visit this guy at his house in person. On my way there now...

Go Jonny go go go!!!

Haahahaaa... Thanks for the encouragement Groupe Levasse!

So, I spent the morning hanging out on the front lawn of a crappy looking semi-detached townhouse whose driveway was strewn with garbage. Not the kind of place you would expect to find a company called "International Freight Solutions", but this was in fact 2 Glen Eden Court, the Head Office of "International Freight Solutions", or 1810938 Ontario Inc. if you prefer...

I did speak with Jason Collings but he had the same ol story, he's waiting for money and when he gets it he can pay me. BS! I have already talked to his customers and they paid him months ago. He sent some dork out to try to get rid of me and intimidate me, but I told him where to shove it... He really didn't like that and unleashed a blur of verbal insanity, telling me "You don't know who I am!"... haahahaaa.... Then he got in his little 2-door rusted out 1987 Honda Civic and sped out of there... While I sat there laughing... hhaaahahahaa.... Nice try Jason... I think I know who he is now... Maybe Pokaroo!

At least his neighbours enjoyed the show... Guy across the street told me that last week a full tractor trailer squeezed himself into the tiny little court, of course looking for money. The neighbour had to help this trucker back out... Also, neighbour told me this residence is rented so Jason will probably be moving soon I'm guessing...

Anyway, I left empty handed, but not before I had them shut down on the LINK and not before I called every shipper and receiver on that paperwork... Unfortunately, these people are not surprised... They have had calls from other trucking companies trying to get paid by this broker...

Will keep all posted... enjoy the show :D

Does anyone have the number and contact name My call will make 3

Hi Canadian Bacon,

First of all... DO NOT CALL GHOSTBUSTERS...

They will be of no help to you. I have tried them already! :D

On a more serious note...

You need to send email to complaints@linklogi.com and provide as much detail as possible...

Link told me this afternoon that they have shut this company down, they are no longer on the Link. But it would not hurt to add your name to the list, as they will probably try to pay off some companies and get back on the Link, but if the complaints keep flowing, they will have a difficult time.

Good luck to you sir, lets hope we can all get paid by Jason Collings at 1810938 Ontario Inc. o/a International Freight Solutions, before he moves to a townhouse complex or perhaps a trailer park down the street and starts the process all over again.

I must have gotten luck, sent my heavy there on Sept 1, 9.00 am he was invited in waited in front room, some guy went running around in his PJ's looking for a cheque, while someone else was sleeping on the couch, they couldn't find the cheque, woke up Jason who was sleeping on the couch, he goes upstairs, get dressed, comes down takes my guy with him to the basement, where there are 4 guys working the phones. Jason roots around in a pile of bills on the floor in the corner, can't find ours so takes my man's copy and writes out a cheque for $700 dated for the next day which we did get cashed. Just a sketchy looking operation, beware to all.

Man that outfit sounds professional!!!!

check out west lincoln logistics, you'll find your man jason

Thanks for the tipoff Searay... That's quite a read you get when you seach for west lincoln logistics on this site...

According to one of the posters in that thread, Jason had already bankrupted another company before the problems with west lincoln logistics... So, I guess International Freight Solutions will be his third?...

At some point this type of action can no longer be blamed on poor business sense, when it appears to have crossed the line into outright criminal fraud!

I am considering contacting the police regarding this guy. Any advice? Anybody ever seen or heard of someone being charged for fraud after starting up and bankrupting business after business and/or passing bad cheques?
