If you don't already have on you DNU list here is another one

Disabled 3/17/10.

Booked a heated service shipment - domestic ontario.

By Express sent in 3 different trucks to my shipper on the same day, all however were regular dry vans. 3 strikes on the same load, horrific communication.

Mind you, may provide great dry van service - they certainly may have those!

Keep well,

Mike

I occasionally get calls from them. Seem like nice people. I've seen them on this site here also.

On a side note, there are some who seem to think that if a product is kept moving, that's just as good as heated service although it's very risky depending on the weather outside.

Always had decent service from them. Occasionally had communication problems but nothing major.

Usually use them on DV to or from Ottawa area.

Agreed, for some chemical products even customers will agree that if it's not 'too cold' or 'sitting for too long', sometimes it's ok to waive the heated service (of course we let the customer make the call if required). In this case, the heated service requirement was much more technical then that.

I thought I've seen By Express here too.

Note that I previously omitted the fact that for this shipment they sent in a 'furtherance provider' for the pickup. I drew my own conclusions.

Keep well,

Mike
