$10,000 over 90 days late. They ingore us when we call. We did some research and found out John Younkie is involved. He is the same person who owned Max Zone and Cambria. Beware of Scammers

Just spoke to another carrier about this and they two are owed Money that is way past due and they keep getting the run around

These guys are a really special case. Not only are they not paying their carriers I spoke with a friend who worked there and they are not even paying him.

You have a friend that WAS working for those Max Zone scammers?

Is he still looking for work?

We are looking for sales people in St-Hubert QC (J3Y 5N5), on the South shore of Montreal.

shawn@groch.com if you know anyone interested.

I will tell him to send you his CV, but I know he is more Operational then sales, but he does have a lot of contacts. The scammer is John Younkie and Ashley Dubois they also go under 9240-7436 quebec inc. They put the company in her name and even on their references they use their own numbers. They put Johns Trucking and that his Johns Cell and then the put Kentucky Express and its their US cell number. The only legit reference they have is Iron Horse. They use another carriers MC # MOL transport who is just a cattle carrier. They think they can con anyone into believing them. They work out of a resturant in Brownsburg in the back, but they have a mailing address in Lachute, QC and a PO box in Hawkesbury, ON

could be of use for us anyways!

look forward to seeing it come in.

Hmmm...

Funny you are saying all of this- we have dealt with them for 3 months now & we have received our payments ON TIME AND IN FULL with no problems. They presently owe us $17,540 and we are not worried for our money one little bit. It sounds like you personally have a problem with them Dunkscd (as if you screwed them) or your story is a lie....

Hi Truck 88 what company are you with?

So you are happy with how you are getting paid, who are you?

Truck88 (Full Throttle)

Unless you are going to give the "other side of the story" here regarding Full Throttle and the non payment issues other members are having - please refrain from further postings on this forum.

Or your new account will be closed off - as quick as it opened.

Thank you

I prefer not to get involved in this "battle" between Full Throttle's ex-employee and these stories. The owners have already contacted me and asked me to be a witness when they press charges against this employee so I prefer not to say any more. I have said what I feel needs to be said in their defense and I am going to leave it at that. Thanks

If I would of Known it was John Younkie involved with this company I never would of done business with them. I have been in trucking since 1991 and I know a lot of people who would pay a lot of money to know were he is hiding this days.

also going around as:

9240-7436 Quebec INC.
or
MOL Transport
or
Mathieu Lalonde
or
from Alfred, ON or Lachute, QC
or
MC764138

How can they get so many names. I also do not understand how he is still operating and people are still giving him business

Very simple:

MOST customers do not check out properly their carrier. They only look for the bottom line, as cheap as they can get, and then complain that their stuff is missing or late.

Some carriers don't look for signs of double or triple brokerage, and then complain they are never paid. Sadly, a LOT of people operate like this in the Montreal area, giving us legit carriers a bad name.

Sadly,

I have a load in transit with Full Throttle....

The consignee will be taking a picture of the side of the truck and emailing it to me before they offload...

If it's not on their equipment I'll of course be contacting the 'real' carrier.

Unless anyone here knows of a FB en route back from TX with my freight on it?

Fingers crossed. This was a rounder and the downbound delivery and reload went ok...

Keep well,

Mike

- Perhaps my posting should have been under carrier reference?
