Full Throttle Trucking Lachute, QC

Final Update

Sorry I've the last 3 postings in this thread (I swear I'm not spamming the thread).

I heard from John yesterday and had a wonderful chat with him about his past business (not really my concern), current outlook and future plans including the safe transport of my shipment...

I trust that my shipmnet is on one of his 3 pieces of equipment and that this shipment will deliver this morning as planned.

In short, services as a carrier thus far have been ok for us!

Happy Friday!

Keep well,

Mike

No one is questioning their service as a carrier. I am concered about them paying their bills. I am over 90 days now without any pay and I keep being told the check is on its way. I spoke with that John guy 3 weeks ago and was told we would be getting quick pay, but nothing since. They way I see it is you paid them to do a load for you so that means that should have the funds to pay their bills expecially since you paid them a round trip. What did that come to around $8000 minus fuel they can start paying my small invoice of $1300

You spoke to a broker at the 70 day mark about 'quick pay'? Interesting.

The freight delivers today, I've yet to pay him as I have no invoice nor POD. The rate was fair for the job.

As a carrier you have the right to seek payment from others identified on the BOL. Seeking payment can be stressful, save yourself the ulcer and touch base with others accountable for freight payment.

I hope everything works out for the best for you.

Keep well,

Mike

Sorry I should have explained better. We were offered quick pay for the newer invoices and they were already at 25 days. We were going to accept to just get paid...hey 5% is cheaper than hiring a collections company.

Full Throttle - paid up yet?

Hey Gang,

Full Throttle is begging us to take a load - great rate etc...

The big question is - are they paying???

Thanks!

Only if they pay you up front. FYI their references that gave you Johns Trucking/ Kentucky Express they are their own companies. John trucking Number is John Younkies Cell. Kentucky Express is their US cell.

Full Throttle

Wow.

Is this the Full Throttle out of Quebec - Lachute?

The guy's name is John.

Thanks!

Same Carrier??

Don't know the guy's last name. The Link says the Officer's name is Glen Duncan and they have been in business for a year. This is just a weenie little Ontario load.

Thanks to everyone who weighed in on this clown. Due dilligence is proving that taking freight from Full Throttle would be a huge mistake and I may be blonde but I'm not that dumb!

I spoke with the link again. It was D&B that had me down as an officer. I have spoken with them and my name should be removed shortly and the correct officer will be put in place of my name.

good hear your not part of that company anymore. Hope they take your name off sooner then later.

Removal as an officer

More importantly,

Make sure you have your name removed as an officer from the Registre Des Entreprises du Quebec.

This may be tricky , as you must be an officer to carry out any changes.
If the other officers in the company do not wish to be helpful. You have a recourse through the register employees.

My broker caught them trying to double broker one of my loads. Then this John fellow had the nerve to call me and try and get business from me.

Full Throttle

If they were Ontario only loads - he tried to get us to take one. If you still have the loads - let me know.

Just an FYI for everyone who is trying to collect from Full Throttle. Call 450-533-4455 (head office) 514-629-3055 (Ashley Dubois - owner) 514-929-3055 (John - silent owner).

Do not call the mobile number on their confirmations.

Thanks
