In regards to load securement it never fails to amaze me how many carriers I see loading forklifts weighing approx 8000 lbs or more on a dryvan and secured with logistics straps to the side of a trailer.Maybe we're the only ones who seem to think these should move on flatbeds or vans with bullrings in the floor secured with chains to hold them in place in case there is an accident.But on the other hand us dot is satisfied at an inspection if there is a loadbar with 2 rubber ends in place to hold a 44000 lb load in place from shifting.????
