CoreTegrity Logistics

I thought I would respond to this thread since I am the owner of CoreTegrity Logistics. I have 1 truck and I'm the only driver. I have a 51ft Step Deck Trailer as my equipment and I have access to about 5 different types of flatbed trailers as well. If you look on my website CORETEGRITYLOGISTICS.COM under the "Our Equipment" page you will see my Red Truck and all the different types of trailers I've pulled in the last year. My Red Truck is down now as of October I drive a white Cascadia now as of December. I do understand that the FMCSA has 2 drivers listed and I'm still trying to figure them out myself. I did not hire someone to do my own authorities I did them myself. I have authorities for Canada and have done my DOT number but not my MC number yet. I am planning to get it soon. I'm a hard working guy, been driving since 2011 and very diversified and Im proud to say Ive hauled in all the lower 48 states as well as most of Canada. I did notice some Google users have noted that they see Go Country Dancing as their call display, yes that's me. I have a hobby and I do teach swing dancing and I do have a website for that. Most of my family is Truckers and I'm the only one to have gotten his Authority. Trying to move up the ladder. Hope all who read this understand I'm just a small trucking business trying to make it work out. If you have questions you can always call me, my number is in my emails or on my website. Hope you have a nice day!
Thanks for the update! One question though. Who is Imran?

I would perhaps change the way you send emails for interested loads. It comes out as suspicious and repetitve the way you are currently asking. Just a friendly suggestion.

Thanks for the input. I'm trying to figure it out too. But you got me on the phone there and I hope we can do some business together soon! :)

Same here found the whole email very suspicious and blocked the sender in Junkmail, will unblock it now. If you can afford it get a normal email account i.e. dispatch@CORETEGRITYLOGISTICS.COM anything Gmail ect throws a red flag for us.
To have such an email you have to have a website wit above name..
He is a very small carrier, give'em a brake..
His main goal is a service, not a www presence... Yet..

Igor,

You do not need to create a website to have your own url. He can create a business email at GoDaddy for $2.99 /month USD

He can then get a website once he gets going as he ramps up, that way he can protect his web presence and url name.

So for $4.00 CAD/month, he can start presenting himself as being more legitimate and attract more business.

valid points on both side of the argument, but weather a carrier has or doesn't have a website or associated email is irrelevant these days when it concerns to vetting. Case in point: https://autologicinc.ca/ great website and this forum is littered with the shenanigans they've been pulling. Maybe not the best example as they were/are a carrier with assets still? but you get the idea. I can't say with actual numbers but almost all DB's I'ev come across have amazing websites and email signatures only to turn around and DB freight and disappear once the cheques clear. One of our best go to carriers doesn't have a website and uses a gmail email.

I passed a load to Corey / Coretregrity / whatever you want to call him, it was $1000 load. 4 days after delivery this guy is calling our clients, posting nasty google reviews, and being rude with my accounting team demanding his payment. I am not sure what kind of professionalism this is, but rest assured we will never be passing this company another dime of business. We paid him in 5 days and still he refused to remove his nasty reviews that he left us. He seemed really desperate for money. All in all, way too many red flags for me and I would stay as far away from this character as possible. If this is the way he treats his paying customers, he won't be in business very long.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that I had to contact your company many times for payment. The load was supposed to be paid upon delivery and it took a week for payment... If the owner wishes to contact me to rectify any issues they can give me a call.

@BB1980 did you pay him within 5 days out of the goodness of your heart? Or was the quick pay 5 days, or was it COD and you dragged. Somethings amiss in this... lil slight of hand?

There was no mention of pay terms when we booked the load, nor on the invoice we got. My team assumed we had at least a bit of time to get this invoice processed and settled but when he called in demanding payment via e transfer we were hesitant because of the gmail address. At no point did anyone dodge his calls, or act shady with regards to paying this man. My company has been in business over 18 years and certainly haven't survived this long by dodging $1000 bills. To have him call my customer and demand money was a shock.

buddy I emailed you several times asking you to take down your impulsive and ridiculous review. No reply. If you wish to rectify the matter, feel free to reach out. We have done nothing wrong other than pass you a load and expedite your invoice through our system as best we could, given the circumstances. You don't think that calling our customer after 4 days is a bit extreme? You need to approach business relationships with more tact than this; no doubt about that one.

Hi there,

I appreciate your input and understand your frustration. It's never ideal when there's a discrepancy in payment terms and expectations between parties involved in a transaction. I apologize for any inconvenience caused during our interaction.

Regarding the payment process, I want to clarify that our company typically operates with factoring companies due to the nature of our business. Unfortunately, your company wasn't approved for factoring, which led to the need for immediate payment upon delivery. I understand this might have been an unexpected change in procedure for you.

I acknowledge your suggestion about restoring credit relationships with other factoring companies, and it's something we're actively working on. However, I must emphasize that our communication channels are always open for constructive dialogue. We believe in fostering positive relationships within the industry, and we're committed to addressing any concerns promptly.

Regarding the Google review, I understand your perspective. While I appreciate your feedback, I would like to assure you that it wasn't intended to be impulsive or damaging. It's merely a reflection of the challenges we encountered during our transaction. That being said, I'm open to discussing the possibility of revisiting the review once we've resolved our outstanding issues.

In terms of improving our interactions with brokers, I agree that clear communication and transparency are key. Moving forward, I'm committed to ensuring smoother transactions for all parties involved. If there are specific steps you believe we should take to enhance our processes, I'm all ears.

Ultimately, our goal is to find mutually beneficial solutions that support the success of both our businesses. I appreciate your willingness to engage in this discussion, and I'm optimistic that we can reach a resolution that satisfies both parties.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards, Corey
