Cheap Freight of the day

Yeah, that one is even crazier - but both, on another level of stupid.
idk how these companies are operating.. maybe they got Solar trucks somehow.... do they? carriers can't even drive LCV's in BC to offset some costs but here they are moving them solo... and not like there will be any buffer time to deliver them, mostly load and go... people need to do better..

Is there a crazy ass fuel surcharge they aren't showing? This is so ridiculous on so many levels.

This has to be shady crossdocking stuff going on here right.

Get the load, add more product to it etc.
but again how much can you add?? i understand amazon has light weight loads. first you'll take off the door with latches so that seal is not damaged *i've seen people doing it* then you crossdock then you offload before delivery then head to delivery site.. there isn't alot of time to do all that stuff..

I remember a post, something about rebidding on Amazon loads at the last millisecond with bots. Is this a live auction?
Yes it was live auction. even if not last minute you will still see carriers going dirt cheap, i understand they pay in a week or so but that could not be the only reason you'll go dirt cheap lol.

I believe what he was implying was that they remove this bid at the last instant and rebid with a higher rate. I could be completely off base but that is what I was told happens on the Amazon auctions.

oh no.. amazon won't let you raise bids once you quoted.. you can only go lower and that's it and then if you are competing with someone's bid you have to be atleast $30 off the competitve bid in order to requote but also this screenshot was after the bid was commenced so someone actually won the lane, volume with that rate..
