i'm sure they sleep very well, bill the client 5500 + taxes, then broker the load for 1900 to the first carrier who stuck between a rock and hard place and needs a load. nice little profit margin.

We are not all like that, we run the quantity over "quality" ideology over here. Not once would I ever blush if the customer or carrier found out what I was paying / billing. I had a double broker on a US domestic load a few weeks ago, shocking what some of these carriers will book. $500+ less than I paid the scammer. Wild.
