Any words on charger logistics?

we have 6 invoices , oldest one of 143 days and youngest one with 84 days. we are being told that some issues are going with invoices getting mixed with their US company and they are working on getting it solved?

I heard factoring companies have stopped working with them as well. lmk if somebody has same experience with them recently?
 
Post below directed at a member that posted an email from their factoring company that states they will not factor Charger invoices. That post is deleted by the poster.

Just a mention, did you ask your factor to publish this email online? You've read the fine print at the bottom of that email? I'm preparing myself for an edit post request sometime in the next 24-48 hours... :)

The way I look at it is that it's not professional of a factoring company to be throwing out speculations either, I'm sure Freight901 posted without any ill intentions and to keep people here informed. If it wasn't for this thread we would have probably been in the same boat as one of our dispatchers was going to book with Charger. Until it is confirmed a firm is filing for bankruptcy it should not even be brought up, if they are behind on paying people then it should be put that way and folks should proceed with caution.

I agree with both of you, this place is exactly about sharing info and protecting each other from bad decisions.
Recently a factoring companies email was posted in another thread, funny it was another factor in the other Charger thread. When it was discovered by the factor that their email was made public, they strongarmed the poster to take it down. I didn't want a repeat of the same thing largely because it occupied my time. :)

If you're reading between the lines - that now 2 different factors that have reported Charger as 'do not buy'.

Has the factor companies changed their tune about Charger Logistics?

I want to keep up on this as I have one invoice outstanding under 30 days.
 
One of the factors reversed their decision, which is why they requested the poster to remove their post. The data was no longer correct.

I don't know if there were any restrictions.

We had the same concern and reached out to Charger for clarification. They did acknowledge that there was an issue with one factoring company (not all), which by their description of the issue, sounded plausible and sounded like the factor was overstepping their reach. We currently have one invoice outstanding under 30 days and the account is up to date. We were also advised a few days later that the issue with that one factor was resolved and is no longer an issue moving forward.

Can anyone get through to Charger Logistics? Calling them for a second day in a row, trying different extensions, no one answers nor responds to our voice messages

Same with us, can't get through to any extensions. They owe us over 75 days. I keep getting different responses in regards to payment date.

We are having the same issues with them, every excuse in the book to delay payments.
