My drivers are having troubles. Every time the driver either updates their phone, or updates the app it wipes out all the data and you have to login and start the whole process again - create card link, get a new registry number for the card and my staff have to send it to them before using it.
Yes, the app automatically logging drivers out is a new issue we've been dealing with since Friday. It's absolutely frustrating. Maybe BVD should focus on improving their internal security protocols; I don't know any other fuel company that has this problem, and they don't seem to experience the same fuel theft issues that BVD does.
