According to the Safer website, they have NO authority to operate as a carrier in the US and NO authority to operate as a freight broker. “Caveat Emptor” would seem to apply in this case!

Caught double brokering blatantly after insisting he was doing all loads by himself. The actual carrier took load hostage for nonpayment of previous invoices between the 2 of them, leaving ourselves and our customer baffled. Nice. I suggest to stay away at all costs.

Not looking good. Lack of communication and they seem to broker loads,, yet looking for loads. Looks suspicious
