it was myself mark. worked for him as an owner operator for him and didnt get paid for some loads and over charged for the insurance, never provided statements of income and not even t4a's. now the time came back and did few loads for us we paid them all except the last one and asked for our money, or at least a statement if he prove, but rather than giving this guy called all my customers and back solict them and try to get the loads directly.

I feel your pain but that was the wrong thing to do. At least the group can see what went down and proceed accordingly. Hopefully we're not talking about big money and you both wont lose sleep over this.

We only did one load in 2020 but have then on DNU. They were difficult to reach or get accurate info on our load. Others may have had a better experience.

Most companies like this double broker. Again, if companies had to get licenses like they do in the states, to become a broker, companies like this would not exist. Our Liberal Federal Govt, propped up by the far left, has more important things to do. Like destroy our economy and force people into tents on streets.
