B.r.e.s.t Transport

For your information I thought I should clear this mess up.
There are 4 companies at this address and I'm one of them that just moved in. Their lease was up and they were moving all day with no problems when I was there. There were no BAILIFFS. I do not know what I got myself into moving here. WISH ME LUCK.

Any more news on these folks they owe us money. dont answer emails or telephone but still send us avail freight emails, sounds like to me they are out to screw the carriers and take the money and run

I reply to the email everytime I get one and don't get any kind of reply back. I have even given low balling rates to see if I could get the freight and get everyone a new address!
Hopefully one of us will figure out where they went.

I still laugh whenever I see "Low Risk" Trucking's trucks on the road. I am waiting for the day for someone to come up with "Fax It Over Transport" - where they don't care what you have or what you pay. I swear to God that Axis Freight was like that.

B.R.E.S.T new info...

For anyone looking to collect money from these inhumans, some updated info has been provided to me where you may find some luck.
Supposedly operating under another company as well:

Con Care Logistics --- 250 East Mall, Suite 1275 Etobicoke, ON
They also have another company called:
Canadian Suspension, located on Brittania Rd

Hope this will help someone out there.

Thank-you.

That's not true - those companies are owned by diffrent people. I was escorted by the police and almost charged for trespassing. The shop owner is so frustated because he only repaired their trucks and still trying to collect his money from them. I WENT AND CHECKED THE REGISTRY OFFICE AND THERE'S NO CONNECTION.
I WANT TO FIND. THEM THEY OWE ME FROM DECEMBER.

Interconnected companies

We had a similar issue here a few years ago, with a trucking Company that also had a garage.
The transport company went belly up due to huge repair bills that were owned to the garage.
Old trucks braking down that cost a fortune to repair (improperly).

On paper the companies were not related. In reality the transport company was set up under the name of a relative , who was the president, funny thing was that the president had no signing authority on the checking accounts. The president turned out to be a cousin of the owner of the garage.

It was not worth going after the $1000.00 or so dollars.

B.r.e.s.t

I was under the impression that the woman behind B.R.E.S.T. was married to the guy that owns Mississauga Spring Service - a truck repair shop - Think his name was Larry.

B.r.e.s.t.

We had problems with B.R.E.S.T. in the past - mainly connected with them telling blatant lies - so we stopped using them. We also disabled them from seeing our postings on Load Link -- however they continue to call on loads that we post. We have questioned them on this only to be answered with evasive double talk. They are definitely hooked up with some other scam artist trucker to see the loads. B.R.E.S.T. is bad news -- I would not give them any loads under any circumstances!

They operate under Best Reliable as well thats how they keep seeing your posts........

Good Luck!!

We have been trying to collect since June!!

I wouldn`t hold my B.R.E.A.T.H waiting to see a payment from this company.

If anyone has a success story, I would like to hear it.

Check to see if they were paid by a factoring company, if they were, the factoring company is responsible for the bill. You need to get proof of payment though. I have had success collecting from factoring companies where the companies went out of business even :)

The only other time we had any dealings with them was when they were trying to collect on a job that they did for us.
We explained that we had a check ready, but were waiting for them to send payment on our seriously overdue invoice.

They may have started using a factoring company since that time, so it`s definitely sound advice.

We just delivered into BREST at 5485 Timberlea 905-625-8843. We did the load for Pacer, I just got back and was surprised to see their name but happy it was not being billed to them.
