LOL. I live and work in Brampton AKA Bramladesh or Singhdale and many other monikers. I find a lot of the newer companies do have East Indian workers and they tend to be very competitive with their rates to grab the business. It's a smart way for a new business to get a head start. But it ruins how the lanes are rated to the customer because they start to think that the lanes should always be that cheap. We have a database of hundreds of thousands of carriers, and regardless of their ethnicity you have the great guys and the guys who only seem to be interested in lining their pockets. The key is to live and learn.

The Link and other loadboards are in part to blame for this. You post your load and you never know what you'll get. The old way of doing things.. KNOWING which carriers service what areas and calling people you know works much better. 30 years ago one had to know carriers and understand each carrier's capabilities. Now its just a matter of throwing what you have on a loadboard and hoping someone capable calls you on it. "Post and Hope" is what I call it.
The 80/20 rule should apply here.
20% of your carriers should do 80% of your shipments and the remaining 20% should go to the other 80%.
