1001396248 Ontario Inc dba NT Logistics

Wow, we just started the vetting process on these guys, deciding to cancel the whole process and to put them on our DNU list (some story about owner operators of theirs putting out false info on the firm). We just went through a double-brokering situation, having to get lawyers involved, despite having a carrier broker agreement signed with the NO DOUBLE BROKERING CLAUSE. Thank you, Inside transport community.

Can I ask why you chose to pay this?

Like Jim said, if they did double broker it... you are going to have the same problem here shortly.
 
keeping everyone up to speed, they said the cheque was in the mail, followed by payment will be made today. Legal proceedings have started. Stay away at all cost
 
And finally got the call for the 3rd shipment. Another double brokering and another carrier not getting paid.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My two cents as if anyone needed anymore - we gave N-T 2 loads. One end of May, and one end of June. Both have been double brokered and both carriers hauling were not paid.
 
Does anyone recognize this load or know which broker/3PL originally handled it?


Pickup: June 22, 2026
Origin: Emballages Performant Inc., Cowansville, QC
Delivery: June 26, 2026
Destination: Enterprise Paper Co. Ltd., Calgary, AB


The load was tendered through NT Logistics / 1001396248 Ontario Inc.


I’m trying to identify the original broker/3PL or customer behind this shipment.


If anyone recognizes the shipper, consignee, load number, lane, or has any information about who originally tendered this load, please message me
