Wow, we just started the vetting process on these guys, deciding to cancel the whole process and to put them on our DNU list (some story about owner operators of theirs putting out false info on the firm). We just went through a double-brokering situation, having to get lawyers involved, despite having a carrier broker agreement signed with the NO DOUBLE BROKERING CLAUSE.
