Issue resolved after talking to Jude at Dynevor. Please disregard the title.

I find this hard to believe. I work with Dynevor on a daily basis and have never had any issues.
 
I don't give them much (5 shipments in total since Jan 1, 2011). I haven't had any issues with P/U or Delivery. Some of the orders, I noticed, have a lot of notes in them. A lot of "no answer", "Left Message" and "Haven't heard from the driver... will try to call him and call back" sort of thing.

I don't however, see a Jude in our notes (the most common contact I see is "Jay").

This seems uncharacteristic of them.
 
As a side note. I too have never spoken to a Jude there before. I have always dealt with Roger and Hakim.
 
We deal with Dynevor quite a bit. While I wouldn't go so far as to say they are a bad carrier, they do have some issues with communication.

Don't know who Jude is, only deal with Hakim or Raj over there.
 
From our experience great company to work with UNLESS Jude is taking care of your order. Cut seals, delays, bullshit (yes, I'll put a loonie in the container) stories.
I'd use with caution. Oh, also gives back your freight 13.04% of the time. Just saying.

I have a history of issues with Jude also. I recall him back from the ACX Connection days! We use Dynevor from time to time but specifically request not to deal with him. Things seem to run more smoothly that way.
 
sorry forget his name one of our dispatchers got into it with them for load out of TX and we paid what they quoted, added more to load (don't care about that if you delivery when we need you to!)and wouldn't delivery ours when it was needed and put a plant down and he got on phone telling me we where cheap and too damn bad.................
 
Similar to my story, we paid for the TL out of TX (and a fair rate too), seal cut, delayed delivery, etc... Wonder if our freight was together!!? :)

Anyway, we still are happy to work with them just not Jude Shady.

Jude at TBN Transport.... that was fun ! DNU to any company he works for, or is affiliated with. Attempted to Back Solicit clients many times... Key word Attempted !
 
Glad I'm not the only one who has issues with Jude. Our dispatch team won't deal with him anymore as he's rude, doesn't call back, updates are never correct.... Otherwise - Dynevor is/ was a great co.
 
Put me on the list for DNU also. What a bunch of lying bastards. 8am Tuesday delivery appointment in Okie City delivered at 9.30 pm cst after oh about 4 hours of calling and harassing them.

Lies told

Truck stuck at bridge... Bullshit arrived Monday night (yes Tuesday 8am apt) at 4.46 pm and released at 4.46 pm

Truck broke down Um how did he make it from the border in 29 hrs if he broke down...(single driver)

3 pm truck at delivery well that one was easy it delivered at 9.30pm cst

4pm see above

7-10.30 pm on the phone constantly usually on hold....


Jude you and your merry band of liars can kma before you will pull my freight again.

And if you read this, read the asshole white guys in the 519 thread it is about guys like you...before we changed the name..
