Dynevor express use with caution

Can't understand how or why the owner of the company or managers or whatever, keeps this guy talking like this to everyone.
They are from the same cloth, he did it to me before Jude started there. I am not sure if they both have smallman syndrome or were beaten as children; therapy would help............
 
Jude will never change...We Do not use them due to similar issues as mentioned by all here.
 
Oh Jude!! 12 years in the industry and I still see this name (face palm). Always a DNU for me since 2012!

I wish i would have read this before giving shipment to them.

Gave them a LTL from ON-TX with Wednesday pick and Monday AM delivery with the amount they asked - No negotiation.

Picked up all good, no issues and until Friday 5pm - On track for delivery and responded to all emails.

We followed up on Monday for delivery ETA and shit show begins...... Shipment is still sitting at their dock as loaders forgot to load it. And when they realized it over the weekend, they shipped it with other driver who will reach in TX on Wednesday.

I let it go as things happen and they corrected it once found they made a mistake.

Wednesday arrives and asked for delivery ETA - Driver took wrong trailer to Texas and realized when he opened the doors at delivery - Complete BS

That was the last communication and that is when they decided to ghost us. No emails, no calls. After calling 20+ times and involving my company owner, they said - we will deliver whenever we can.................... At that point, we threatened them, it will be reported as stolen and open a claim for it. Answer was - do whatever you want to.

After a lot of back and forth, they responded, shipment was on the way with a team to make Friday delivery.

Friday arrived - kept pushing ETA for delivery but finally delivered around 1:30pm.

They are horrible, worst carrier, shady people and not worthy to be in this industry.

Person i dealt with was Raj over there. It was first and last load with them. Entered our DNU list forever !!!

Putting on DNU - I will never accept a customer or a carrier who's calling here and yelling at my staff for any reason.
Jude is extremely rude and we don't need that in our lives.
So, following that message, I got in contact with Kevin at Dynevor.
After explaining the issue, he reassured me that if we were ok to continue to use their service, we will not have anything to do with Jude.

That being said, we did about 80 loads with Dynevor since then, both intra Canada and outbound to US and I can say this: Extremely great service, Kevin is pretty on top of everything and if he can't do something, he'll say it right off the bat.

No running around, no hassle.

We work a little with Kevin... I beleive he mostly works on the brokerage side.

I agree... he is 100% easier to work with over Jude.

We will take freight from them (avg days to pay = 44)... but won't ever give anything to them.
