They are just going through some internal changes. We have done quite a large amount of business with them. Have no issues.

Historically, they seem to pay around 65 days. That likely has a lot to do with why we only do 3-4 loads per year with them.

We have several invoices to VTL over 100 days and no response from their payables department. It is a bad sign..................

I agree with Gord M. Their AP hounds when owed $100 at 31 days. Their collection methods have become quite aggressive last few months. If they aren't paying...and hounding to get their money in....definite red flag.

just be sure that you haven't confused companies. There is VTL V Trans and VTL EXPRESS. VTL EXPRESS is not the same owner and they pay a little more quickly.

VTL paid us everything over 30 days, I don't understand why we can't get paid without calling and threatening but at least we got our money. Apparently they have a new controller.................

At 120 days I would have to say it was not the factoring company that screwed up their credit rating.
