VTL V Trans LTd

I was dealing with VTL montreal 2 days ago. They do not deal with a factoring company. is VTL and VTL v Lachine different than VTL Montreal.

I often wish we could do this, but I suspect most reputable factors don't do "hard" collections. If a client of mine was doing business with VTL and not getting paid after 90 days, we'd usually sell them back the invoice so they could give it to a collection agency or lawyer.
 
@ Key Factor. is VTL V Montreal your client? You seem to operate differently than some Factoring companies. Most of the ones i have dealt with are pretty reasonable. 90 days is ample time to Charge back
 
@htcollections, I don't think we operate differently from most factors in this respect. We too chargeback at 90 days in most cases. We're very different than most factors in terms of the business model and how we seek to help our clients, but not in terms of when we do chargebacks.

We have a March 16 2017 Invoice. A/P when she was answering the phone said she had to check with Lucy. Accounts Payable will not return calls. I advised Lucy we would be doing a charge back still no call back.
Not sure if we are the only ones having issues?
