Yes thank God nobody was hurt, This incident could have been a disaster to say the least, This is bad enough what did happen hopefully this driver will not be behind the wheel again.
I just want to let everyone know that LLI is NOT run by a good person, he has lost more than 5 employees in one year! He screams and yells at his workers daily, makes them "invoice" for payment as a contractor so he doesn't have to pay any taxes (isnt that illegal). Very racist...all and all not a good person. Please be aware and also do not work there.

We had the same issue - did work for them every week. Our payables got higher and higher and longer and longer with no end in sight. We stopped service at Christmas 2014 and was eventually paid for everything. We had to hassle them a lot to get it though. Their last invoices were paid around 140 days.We've done work for LLI Linehaul Logistics for many years, we were always paid on time. Now we have three invoices about to have their 100 day anniversary so something must be wrong over there.

We sent first invoice in Feb 2018, followed for payment close to 30 days, i was told payments are at 60 days mark. Looking at your feedback i think i should be following up on regular basisThe A/P administrator told me invoices are scheduled to be paid between 45-60 days once they approved by their controller. So I asked if the controller had approved my invoice and I did not get a reply.
Last time it took over 120 days to get paid. But they do pay at the end. Question is do you want to wait that long.
