apparently Laverne is no longer there, someone else doing a/p only on thurdays, Lionel is never there,or he's busy. guy said, there accounting is such a mess from the move they looking at invoices one by one, and are back in sept, what a bunch of hooey. If they were really trying to straighten it up, think you might have someone doing it more than one day a week. Just figured out my frieght was doubled brokered. guess i'm not getting paid either.
Yes, they double brokered two shipments of mine in October to Synergy and haven't paid them...of course they already have my money long ago. Looks like I'm paying twice for these shipments! I've heard that we're not the only ones that they stiffed. Where did they move to? Might have to have someone pay a visit!

Sorry to hear everyone is getting stung by this guy. We were at the other end of the equation giving a load to them that they double brokered. We found out in time and paid the real carrier.
Be sure to call the shipper and consignee. Hopefully they will tell you they used a legitimate broker and you get paid.
As much as I hate getting that call from a customer/carrier we always pay the carrier that did the real work. I think most real brokers out there are doing the same. If you still don't get paid, small claims court is an option, I know a good paralegal if interested!!

Double Brokered

Sound's like ongoing fraud, they have authorities to deal with people that commit crimes. Sound's like more than enought evidence to put a stop to this nonsence.Report him to the authorities!!!!!!!

our pick up was at rolled alley{shipper), they called global to move frieght, ram took frieght and gave to us. ram not paying, global sez he already pd ram, not going to pay me, doesnt give a damn if i call shipper. called shipper, they say deal with global not there problem, what should i do now, and yes i would love the name of your paralegal. and my other problem is we delivered to ram dock not customer.

The owner of Freight Link Express - Jey - was killed in a car crash a few weeks ago. I don't know of any connection between Ram Western and Freight Link but I would assume any payments to come out of Freight Link would be very slow at this time. I knew Jey to be a very nice man - paid his bills - I can't see him being involved with Lionel for any reason.
