Also having problems getting paid. They didn't tell me about JD Factors, maybe I'll give them a call.
 
We deal with JD Factors as our factoring company for 90% of our carrier payments and they are mad in 15 days with 0% deduction. There are some clients that wre do not factor and thre odd one does get missed. I have 1 invoice from them from last year they never paid us on. On my DNU.
 
Has anyone received payment from them recently? They have been giving us a hard time. I spoke with the owner, Mike Brownlee, and he was very rude. He doesn’t know how to speak professionally and is always in a rush, acting like he is the only one working while everyone else is free.

At this point, I’m just waiting for our payments, and after that they will be placed on our DNU list.
 
We completed a load forcontrolled logistics in January for approximately $4,000 with agreed payment terms of 30 days. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups over several months, payment has still not been received.

Initially, we were told the payment was supposed to come through JD Factors. Later, controlled T advised they would mail a cheque. After waiting nearly 3 weeks without receiving anything, we informed them we would be contacting their customer directly regarding the unpaid invoice. At that point, we were told the cheque would be stopped and that we could pick up a replacement from their office.

When we arranged to send someone to collect it, we were then informed — without our authorization or approval — that the cheque had already been reposted by mail. According to them, it was sent over 10 days ago, and we still have not received anything.

Very disappointing experience dealing with payment on this load. Carriers should be cautious when extending credit. We are now proceeding with reporting the issue to their customer, and the company has been placed on our DNU (Do Not Use) list until this matter is resolved.

I have not received my payment as of today, and I recently learned that Ben is no longer working with the company. This leads me to believe that there may be issues with payments, not only to carriers but potentially to employees & workers as well.

I am assuming this is TS Sethi, as I only had issues with you over this, the first cheque was never received so we cut another cheque for you and asked if you wanted to pickup. you didn't respond for a few days so it was mailed out. When we spoke last week I said if you don't have it by Tuesday this week to let us know as we will deposit right to your account and I stand by that.

@ATinc Yes it is unfortunate that Ben left us but he went onto another company. Who is this ????? Please call me at Ext 201 and I can see what is going on
 
please recheck the emails we told you the same day that we will pickup and you never replied to the email when we asked for the address and timing last tuesday you advised this is mailed again and you never said anything about the payment if not received we will send you the payment. We emailed you on Friday as well and no response. Only respose we are seeing here after posted on Inside transport. If you want we can screenshot the emails here as well . pay you bills please.
