You're right. I don't understand why we cannot continue to speak to the same IRP teams that we used to use and who know the system. Spoke to the MPP today, I wasn’t their first call on this. They are going to see what they can do but stressed that MTO is very much run by the career bureaucrats and the MPP’s (even the Minister) doesn’t have much power of their action or in actions. I called my MPP - maybe you should call your MPP and say that this doesn't work and IRP matters need to be turned around much quicker.
