yeppers...you get what you pay for. When brokers and customers use the lowest rate submitted, that's the risk you take. The rates these days do not cover reliable, compliant and honest carriers costs.

We used them for the first time recently. Delivery was a week late (although to a remote location) which happens, but the communication was terrible. On our DNU.

same with me. luckily the delivery came in good order but a week and a half late. on my DNU list

I'd suggest taking a read of this thread... and then cancel your commitment with the carrier and find a different carrier... just my 2 cents.
