I noticed some other posters said some bad things about this company. Should I avoid them?

We used them for the first time recently. Delivery was a week late (although to a remote location) which happens, but the communication was terrible. On our DNU.

They are selling equipment off at auction (2023 trailers)
Not sure if they'll actually have the assets to haul your freight. I'd pass, but that's just me, I probably like to err on the side of caution too much.

Just to update this thread, no show on Friday, no Show on Sunday night. Recovered elsewhere for pickup this morning. Worst service, we have placed them on DNU.

Wow, it's almost like what most people said would happen, happened.
Hope you didn't catch too much hell from your customer.

This carrier provided one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Constant delays and broken promises. If you’re considering booking a load with them, you might be better off carrying the freight yourself!

I'm guessing you gave them LTL and they gave you the run around for a week?

Not only that, but Jot ( the main dispatch If i am correct) is just the worst liar.
Basically the delivery was schedule for Monday (Yesterday), now they are telling me next week.
I told thm to cancel the load got the location of the freight witch is in MB, and I will send another carrier to PU.

Not going to lie they are pretty cheap, but at what cost...
