I am the driver of a trucking company, this BROKER/DOUBLE BROKER/CARRIER has not paid our company for over 4-5 months and this lady.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM- THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM, the shipper the broker they picked the load from has already paid them and has been informed.
But these scammers do not want to pay- just putting this out there so next no body else gets scammed.

Hi Raman,

They may have not worked for you in past, but we have all the proof of how bad of a carrier you are.

I would give you 24 hours to make a right decision and pay us immediately before we reveal all the proof of double brokerage and even more information from the shipper Brian which will explain everything including you not paying us since last 6 months.

So make the decision wise and give us a call or pay us before we show the entire thread what kind of company RJ haulers is.

They are a total scam, never answer calls or replies to email. Its better if they can resolve their issues before this thread continues with more exposure.

P.S They are OUT OF SERVICE carrier. Check the photo attached. 1728072345154.png

We booked a load with RJ and based on this thread we asked for payment before delivery. He cancelled the load which means he doesn’t have the funds to float it or had no intentions of paying. Do not do business with this company

@tb trucking can you please share the load sheet that we sent you and proof where we gave you load and cancelled after, stop faking around and if someone is saying that we didn’t paid them then for reference there will be reasons of doing so or they might have paid already so stop spreading fake things aorund we work with people and pay them on time , so do not spread wrong rumours. Also peoople saying about our DAT out of service can call DAT and confirm with them we are active carrier and we had USA authorities for our records but we never operated in USA AND THEREFORE IF YOU DONT send truck to usa within 2 years of opening you can not do the audit and which results into out of service but it doesn’t mean that someone is doing fraud, i worked with companies and we got fraud as well for not getting paid but we are not doing this with anyone.

So stop showing one sided things and spreading rumors.

I am asking you for proof is it showing attitude?

I feel like you are the probably here and spreading fake news, why don’t you just send the proof if there was such thing happened to you, people who double broker do not come on front foot. So better speak truth and tbh idk why you spreading wrong rumours.

Also fyr there is no HE working in our company.

Here is the proof of receipt text directly from yours truly Ramandeep telling us that we triggered her for asking our hard works money. She said to " GO FOR IT" and as we promised you we have "gone for it" and we have already filed a legal complaint against RJ haulers Ramandeep for fraud and double brokering the shipments all over north America. #stopthesefrauds.

Will be reveling a lot more recordings in the coming time.

Noted- please do share as we have the entire proof of conversation between Brian(Shipper) and us. I will show you the proof of payment that shipper made you within 24 hours of delivery which you never ended up paying us. We are more than happy to reveal that so this thread becomes even more interesting.

we offered you quick pay loadmaster did not we??? you were the one who declined it and then asking after weeks for quick pay and we told you that it will regular terms now as if you wanted the quick pay you should have take it on time which you said no and told that will go with factoring, if we had intentions of not paying you we will not offer you quick pay and i was the one who gave you customer number for discussing issue we had upon pickup when you sent wrong trailer, so no body will give you contact of customer if they had intentions of not paying you, after that you staeted threatning me that am going for legals and you alraedy sent in collection before invoice due date, then how you edpecting double payments???

Go talk with you collection do not come over me , you were the one who sent the file to collection even before 60-90days which is our paying period or you can take quick pay , if you alraedy sent it to collection then how would i pay you?? does that make any sense?? also we have always answered you calls or emails , we stopped only when you reached collections before DUE DATE
