This appears to be yet another “he said, she said” private dispute between 2 members, each believing in the strength and validity of their argument. This really isn’t the forum to try and resolve your disagreement .The only effect it has is to discourage the rest of us from doing business with either party. Take it to Private messages or take it to court.

Thats what we are trying to say if someone has any issues this is our address 1655 leila avanue, winnipeg, and they can come meet me anytime but please do not spread fake rumors or normal disputes over here, we are small carrier company and we understand its frustrating when there is NON payment and we have never did that to anyone and people who are posting without proofs has nothing to proof .
 
hello all, i think we should not trust one sided things and should not pull one's leg, i worked with RJ Haulers back in march this year and to be honest we got paid on time, and never had any issues with any type of payment they provide you details for shipper receiver with their contact numbers and never heard anything wrong. so i think lets be fare and try to talk about real facts here, and if someone has personal issue then they should talk in between not on this platform. thanks STL

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM- THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM, the shipper the broker they picked the load from has already paid them and has been informed.
But these scammers do not want to pay- just putting this out there so next no body else gets scammed.

hello @DIETCOKE yes i get it but both parties have their own proofs to show and which will not take them to any solution on this platform, i know this company from last 3years and never had any issues eventhough we took some refernces as well for them and never got any issues so on that note we should not judge one on another person statement. in the end i hope good for all

Also i am sure, you are just another BOT from RJ haulers- So please do let us know which company are you from? so we can access your real facts as you mentioned above.

by the way why you coming to fight with me when did you joined Sep 9, 2024?? i think its better you should share your company oh which you dont even have as you are just company driver i beleive...and not even showing your identity, its between you and RJ we are just here to say right things to keep everyone in loop . we worked with them and got paid which we said.
 
These disputes with their convoluted and confusing “facts” provide little to no benefit for the general membership. Once the initial complaint is made that company A hasn’t paid company B, it is up to the rest of us to decide whether to do business with Company A. This back and forth with claim and counter claim only holds meaning for the two parties involved. Who to believe?……who cares? It is strictly a matter for the two companies involved, and at this point, I would be leery about doing anything with either of them.

Totally, completely, absolutely, unequivocably, and utterly illegal. RCMP has been notified. If it was night time, I would have gone straight to the rooftop and put up the Bat-Signal.

Admin - this is where the gold mine is. This is how you sell the forum - give us a vote button on these disputes! Winner gets a 10% referral card to Sandy at AWA for collections and a free hat from the carrier that is reported in the News Section to be shutting down this week.

60-90 is your normal??? Or take quick pay. I have a better idea DNU RJ as a broker 60-90 or pay a fee to get your money what a joke.

I was thinking the exact same... 60-90 is NOT normal for a reputable company, that has liquidity, properly managed cash flows and that actually gives 2 hoots about their vendor relationships.... just saying.

And I'm not a new member either :)

yes we do pay in 60-90days i am not only one who does that people even pay after 90days so its not joke at all, you take it or leave it nobody forces anyone to work with them, as we are not big company and we offer quick pay on 2% discount rate and which is even lesser than all other paying factoring companies .

you take it or leave it,no one has that big cash flow or neither customers i hope we all could get paid right way without loosing money,

YOU USE WORDS WISELY SIR/MADAM I work people and reputed companies who pays after 90 days , no body is forcing you to work with us if you are not ok with payment terms, i beleive you better shut up if you dont know the whole story, we pay our carriers on time. STOPFAKINGAROUND
