While it’s normal for any company to experience the occasional technical issue, what really separates them out is how proactive they are in resolving them. They don’t just let problems linger; they address them quickly and keep things moving smoothly. It’s reassuring to see a company that invests in both development and customer satisfaction when difficulties arise.

We've stopped moving loads for them - they continue to use their technology as a way to impede carrier settlements, and are not responsive to resolving requests for payment status. Hard no for us.
I agree with this as well. Same experience, their latest update seems to require carrier contact to initiate payment, where in the past payment was consistently deposited right on 30 days from invoice submission to their portal.

Any words on charger logistics?

we have 6 invoices , oldest one of 143 days and youngest one with 84 days. we are being told that some issues are going with invoices getting mixed with their US company and they are working on getting it solved?

I heard factoring companies have stopped working with them as well. lmk if somebody has same experience with them recently?
Are you still looking for more information about Charger Logistics? I found something that may help . It looks like they are declining and specific have 2 bills that are way past due and could be the reason you are seeing a slower progression on paying on time. I would gladly share this information with you after a short phone call .

In my feedback, they’re committed to finding solutions, and I know they’re actively working to address the invoicing mix-up between their US and Canadian divisions. It seems like they’re aware of the challenges and taking steps to prevent delays like this in the future. Hopefully, they’ll have everything sorted soon!
