VIJ LDH

And I forgot the popcorn!

Its threads like this that really set apart and define to the industry the good apples and their business practices from rotten apples and shady/scummy actions of people and those less than desirable entities.
Karan, you owe us money since November since last year. All emails from you were nothing but empty promises! You double brokered a load, you got paid but us the Carrier who completed the service has had to fight every goddamn day to get from you. Not sure if you are aware, but that's not how this industry works. You fraudulently claimed you were Bonded, when you are not. We have put you in Collections and if unsuccessful, Court Action will be taken. No one cares about your bullsh&t excuses. You stole money from Brokers for services you did not complete and then did not pay the actual Carrier. You have no leg to stand on here...shocking that you are trying to defend your actions! I gave the number you left above to our collection agency. You say you want top solve this....how about pay us the money owed...pretty simple!
Hey VIJ - when are you going to get around paying the $5600 you owe from May 2023 your Carrier Confirmation 1174???

If you read through countless similar experiences on this site from dozens of other members. Beneficial owner of the freight has a legal obligation to pay you, however the original broker has a moral obligation to pay you as they tendered the load to an entity that created your issue.

Saying 'I paid the other guy' is not enough. Shame on them for thinking it is.

Keep well,
Mike
thank you for the insight, very much appreciated. I provided all this information to our Collection Agency.

It sounds like the logistics person at Pepsi is going to learn this the hard way too. :)

I worked there for 9 years back before I had any gray hair. I'd have hooked you up with the right contact if I was still there. Wow was that a long time ago.

Happy Friday!
Mike

Be professional once it removed right away u will see ur money …

I don't understand what you mean by 'fake edits' but anything I post is not fake or edited and I provide the picture so anyone can get this public information online. I'll share the picture again which is current information as of 30 seconds ago. VIJ LDH never had a FMCSA broker bond and currently still has ZERO inspections in the US which is quite remarkable if you are actually a carrier with 7 vehicles.

Karan, you and everyone else knows that you cannot pull a CVOR Level 2 on a carrier but since you egged me on, I did pull a CVOR level 1.
How did that warning letter work out for you in Nov 2023?
Only 5 commercial vehicles and you were able to rack up 6 Collisions, 7 convictions and a 60% overall
violation rate?

You're lucky they have not audited you yet. Glad you changed your address to match your other authorities.

How is your other company doing?

I never ever post fake reviews and always back up my posts with the information provided.

You should maybe pull your own Level 2 CVOR and get the information directly but attached is the publicly available CVOR Level 1 obtained on Saturday Aug 3, 2024, from the MTO showing 6 collisions and overall violation rate 60.63%

Here is the screen shot that backs up the comment about your other Logistics company.

There is nothing that I need to clear up with you but when someone is posting information trying to make themselves look better than the truth I will respond with publicly available information and will always back up whatever I say.

This is where the power of Gohighway.com works. GoHighway clearly marks out that this carrier bad and should have never been used. Highway scrubs multiple data sources, IP addresses, ELD, and addresses to identify duplicate addresses and unusual IP activity. They track VIN#s vs what is insured vs non insurnace. Super powerful and there to protect brokers and their customers.

Furthermore, Transport Canada is so far behind. When each carrier set up in their respective province, why Transport Canada does not charge and extra $100-$200 to have their data roll into Transport Canada database and issue a TC#. Then each Canadian base carrier would have a provincial NSC, CVOR#, etc + a TC#. Then, a database similar to the FMCSA can be utilized. As of 2024, no broker, carrier brokering excess freight, and no shipper can track a carriers current safety rating. They only way to know is if their insurance gets cancelled.

Load boards, Link, DAT, and Truckstop are the gateways for these double-brokering, fraudulent carriers. As long as they pay them money, they are granted access.

Do you know how many carriers are posting freight between the USA and Canada on Link, and no MC# is listed? They may have an MC#, but why doesn't Link vet carriers and only allow those with proper MC # s to post cross-border freight?

It is the wild west in Canada when it comes to Trucking.

1000% support GoHighway.
Selectus isn't bad as well with the premise that if your truck is on the loadboard they have ELD access to it.

We started using Gohighway here.

It DEFINITELY needs some human intervention still. Good carriers can get flagged in their system due to IP's and VINS but so far, with a little bit of common sense. Extremely useful tool.

As a carrier doesn't matter to me how I onbaord - same info. However RMIS usually has issues with W9 / W8 when I onboard with a US broker (occasioanlly) / Go Highway is easy but had an issue this week with it flagging me because I didn't have power only / temp control ... they had to manually fix it ...
