Hey, has anyone recently worked with Supersonic Transport? I see a post about this carrier, but the last message was from 2012.

We did one shipment with them (A Large LTL CA --> BC).
The paperwork matches... customs docs etc.

Communication was less than great... they never gave us any updates without us asking.

Phone calls we not answered... but they did respond to Emails... not the first Email... it seems it takes two or three Emails to get a response.

service is decent from BC-CA for LTL and we have had decent communication, answers when asked over email. I dont really ever expect proactive updates from carriers, if they do then it's great.

However, there is a double broker risk.

Yeah I'm not sure if we want to take the chance if they have double brokered in the past.
 
I put them on the DNU list 10 years ago due to numerous service issues and lies on ETAs / locations.

Supreme Chain is a related company, also on the DNU list
