Hi All,
I am using Xpert dispatch software and I do not like it as its not very user-friendly. Please suggest which is the best freight broker software which can integrate with our external customers, my customers can log on and add their orders directly, easy to use, user-friendly, good for QuickBooks integration, good to track sales, invoices, attach POD's, must have USD & CAD currency. Easy to update and is made for North American landscape.

RoseRocket, AVAAL, Transplus, Turvo, TransportPro, Ascend ETC just to name a few. Book some demos and see what works best for you. What works for someone might not work for you, but you definitely need to demo.

Rose Rocket checks all the boxes. Best in class for ease of use and all the features you are looking for.

Rose Rocket is good, EXCEPT, the reporting functionality are lacking, the order/load tender number sequencing makes no sense, and, the invoice numbers are somewhat over thought.

Hi everyone,

We are currently using a DOS-based software (TEDs) that is being phased out at the end of 2027 as the owners are retiring. We're in the process of trying to find a new software provider, but are having a hard time finding a robust platform that combines both dispatching and accounting (and is Canadian). We're a broker so we have different requirements than a carrier and the accounting portion is very important to us. We've noticed that the new software programs rely on 3rd party accounting software suites like Quickbooks and Sage. We've tried QB in the past with another platform and found it seriously lacking accounting functionality, cross referencing/linking, currency conversions and accruing payables.

Any recommendations on what to try? We're in the process of looking at Roserocket but even though they have a Canadian division they bill in USD and I find they're lacking accounting functionality as they rely on you running your own accounting software.

We'd like an interface that does it all, but not sure where to look.
