We have them on hold suppose to be getting cheque today for 3 old invoices the oldest being 100 days. We will see if we get it.

Surprise surprise no one is answering the phones and when they did answer the cell phone we got mysteriously cut off.
I was having a VERY difficult time getting them to return my calls.
I was going through the paper work and noticed another carriers name on the BOL. I called them and gave them the details of my shipment. Within an hour I got a call back from Zoom. She said cheque will be mailed at the end of the month. I will let you know if I get a cheque.

Yeah I called the receiver and explained the BOL Act and surprise surprise got a call and cheque will be ready for pickup Friday so we will see.

Suppose to have gotten paid for all invoices only paid 1 then after talking to the consignee they where suppose to give post dated cheques for the next 2 Fridays but of course got the cheques and dated way out. Long story short not expecting a good ending to this but it is now a wait and see if and when the cheques bounce.
