Anyone else having trouble collecting from Yusen Logistics in Cordova, TN ?

I have an invoice over 60 days and after hounding for a payment schedule, I'm told it will be another month.

Invoice was emailed directly to their paperwork department as outlined on their carrier confirmation...

Their carrier confirmation states that their payments are made in 30 days...

So, I've had some back n forth emails... They are claiming to have not received my invoice until May 31, even in the face of proof that it was sent back on April 9...

They seem really desperate to get another 30 days... Going so far as to absolutely deny what is right in front of their faces...

I'll be calling the customer tomorrow morning...
