YMO Logistics (1001123035 Ontario Inc)

Can you help me understand what you mean by "some fishy stuff" ? If you need any clarity, please reach out to be at Andy@ymologistics.ca or call me at 905-667-7144 Ext. 105
Can you verify which company you work for ?
Don't pay attention, many brokers on the Canadians side like to play detectives, judges and executioners, they run a lot of poisonus comments on some carriers without verifying their info which creates doubts on reputations causing them a lot of undeserved damage, that tells you a lot about some of these guys, probably sticking to US brokers would be a wise idea, they run extensive checks on your company but never slander you publicly on any forum at least you behave badly. Good LUck.

Can you give them a load, have the shipper and receiver verify the name on the truck and report back with the service?

Hey Alex / VJ,
Please learn how to respect Carriers. When you called us, you started cursing at my Dispatch as soon as he answered your call. We do not tolerate abusive language towards our employees. You (Paige Logistics Ltd.) are being blocked from our system because we do not work with Brokers who are disrespectful and use abusive language towards employees. Please take your business else where.
Thank you

Can you give them a load, have the shipper and receiver verify the name on the truck and report back with the service?
I was working for a brokerage a few years back and we tried that approach, I found it surprising that most shippers wouldn't bother to step out to the yard to check the name and plate on the truck, it was like we give the loads to the broker so let's them deal with it, it's valid to mention that at that time cargo theft and fraud was not as rampant as it is now, I don't mind a broker asking for a pick of the truck and the VIN# plate or tracking the driver phone specially if you are on a scheduled policy, when it's a fleet I would extreme the monitoring measures because among fleets it's where there are is a lot of insurance fraud, cloning trucks, etc. We never had any broker calling a driver at odd hours or so, however we refuse to use ELD tracking, their first calls and emails are always to the dispatcher, so the need to verify who is taking a load it's understandable nowadays.

Complaint regarding conduct of YMO Logistics

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the ongoing delivery delays and misconduct for the three full loads we booked from Mississauga to Winnipeg on February 5, 2026 through loadlink.

Despite our full compliance with their updated payment terms—including the upfront payment they demanded the day after booking—these shipments were withheld in Winnipeg for no reason. We have experienced inconsistent communication and a lack of professional conduct regarding the final delivery scheduling which took over a week+ to deliver, from their yard in Winnipeg, f
inal load was delivered today!

Each day, we are met with a variety of excuses ranging from driver hours to personal absences, with no viable solutions provided. Furthermore, they have declined all of our proposed solutions to resolve this, despite the close proximity of their yard to the delivery locations. This unwillingness to fulfill the delivery dates they originally promised and the constant lies are unacceptable. I'm beginning to believe the trailers were never in Winnipeg, or that they doubled-brokered the loads as both the client and ourselves have offered power only to get these delivered at our cost, when finally delivered the seals were broken on each trailer and the loads were altered.

I am posting this so no other load broker will have to experience this horrific ordeal and lose the confidence of a major account as we did, possibly even cost us the account.

Hello Everyone,
You guys are asking for the # of Trucks we have. Also, asking to share pictures of the Drivers with the Trucks holding current News Paper. With all due respect, Who are you to ask for such pictures and proof ? I'm confused, Do you guys work for Google or for a Freight Brokerage ?

I understand your work is slow and you guys need something to do. But I'm sure you guys can find other things to keep you busy, rather than sit here and demolish a companies name without any facts/proof.

I understand everyone's concern about Carriers who are scamming brokers. But that is not the case with us. All of you here are accusing YMO of being "shady" without any facts/proof. Most of you brokers don't even have the courage to share the brokerage you work or your real name.

There are a lot of Brokers who are scamming Carriers. So now what, you will provide Carriers with all your Employee Selfies ? Common Guys, grow up.

Name one company who YMO did wrong to ? There is none.
If no one here and tell YMO did them wrong, than who are you guys to judge and make false accusations about us? We work really hard to keep our name in good standing by providing the best service possible to our clients. So I would appreciate, you not ruining our name just because you guys are bored and have some free time now.

Any customer we work with, we give them the best service. Communication is always there and the freight is delivered on time or before time. Those are the 2 most important things in this Industry.

So I request everyone, to stop with all your assumptions and False accusations. If you do not wish to work with YMO, that is totally understandable. No one is forcing you to work with us. But that does not mean you sit behind your computers and start attacking a hard working company.

Anyone have issues with us reaching out, please share your Brokerage name and we will not reach out to you guys. Simple!!!

Stop being a Key Board Warriors and stop attacking Hard working Carriers.

Cheers!
Are you still there how many trucks do you have ?

I see 12 trucks posted across the country 1 month credentials and no inspections and you type a big long explanation saying your legit but still no proof .

My guess is that they have trucks, but for local P&D to serve their warehousing customers. Assuming that not everything is DB'd ...

Nashdene Square definitely had trucking companies there at one point though I don't know if it does now.
