DO NOT USE - Double brokering and non payment

They are taking loads under Y&R MC#119153 entity
then rebrokering them out under KingK MC#91632.
New FG report submitted 5 days ago - not by me. We just had a carrier come forward for a load we gave Y&R earlier this month and its the same set up. they got the load from King k but we gave it to Y&R. Stay away from these guys !

I had them on 7 short hauls between 2023 - 2024, no issues to report and no other carrier contacted us looking to get paid

Two more carriers for the DNU list
 
I know they have took loads hostage of davren trucking 2 months ago. Checked their fmcsa address and no one even know that there is a company registered in their address. I would not take load from saim sirdar or give anything to him. He did some scam with lafarge in zimbabwe and moved here with that money, literally has nothing to him name, just buys companies with active leased assets that is tied up to personal guarantees of old owners and stops paying to bank. I have seen their repo equipments in ritchie. I know the previous owner or Y&R and Saim really screwed him over with the purchase.
