Okay so, 90 days + on an invoice. Called and everytime I pressed #3 for AP I ended up at the beginning of the welcome message... After sereral attempts with #0 I finally get through to AP. The first thing she asks me is which e-mail address I used. AHHHHHhhhhh well there is an 'S' on invoice, that's why...
USUALLY, when we have the wrong e-mail address, we get a message to say that it could not be delivered right?
nada, not once did I get this message. If memory serves me right, I got the same thing the last time only 'ahhhhhh there is no 's' on invoice....
This time it may get them on our DNU list. Getting tired of the run around...
 
I put a stop to working for them as it was mostly rolls of paper and getting a lot of damage claims (wet) yet the trailer was not wet. Kind of just pissed me off, had a feeling the warehouse in Toronto was sliding water damaged rolls onto our trailers. But listen we are not perfect and stuff happens we just made a business decision, they always paid their bills in about 38 days it was too bad because the Montreal warehouse we never had an issue with them.
 
We have done lots with XTL and never had an issue with payment. Average days to pay is 34 days.
One invoice had a small issue but it was taken care of in an acceptable manner.

I think that it would be in your best interest to get to the bottom of it because XTL is one of the better brokers out there.

Good day martinetav, please don't hesitate ( anybody actually ) to give me a shout if you are getting the run around for a payment as yes, it's really not usual at all and this is something we do not accept at all.

Lowmiller88, very sorry to hear that, if I can be of any assistance please contact me. Yes, out of our warehouses ( Etobicoke and Dorval ) it's mainly rolls of paper, but we have other huge accounts both in from the US and outbound. Don't hesitate to call me if any questions at all. We can surely find a way to work together again in a near future.

Well, I actually think that this may just be a series of unfortunate events that have led to this situation. Not sure why but what counts is that now that they are aware, things are going forward to our satisfaction. Don't you just love when that happens:D
