They are taking loads from trucking companies and brokers, and double brokering to anyone who doesn't check their credit or information. Why trucking companies are brokering their loads to other carriers is already a stupid thing to do...

Xline Freight Line Solutions is now flagged by Loadlink and they have screwed over GMR Logistics/ Ukon Transport/ READY-GO TRANSPORT INC/UPPER ACE LOGISTICS LTD. ... That we know of so far.. They don't pay anyone..

They are also using 3 fake References..
Bright Star Transport 306-527-7639
Avon Transport Ltd 306-527-9056
Rigid Freight Ltd dispatchrigidfreight@gmail.com

You can also see from the phone numbers that these numbers must have been purchased at the same time.. Way too close together in sequence to be a coincidence..

We have $5000 that is not paid . They have not been paid so many carriers. So ridiculous how they can just eat up the money and disappear.

Can I ask why this is stupid? I am a carrier and broker out loads daily as we have more freight than trucks. Should I give it to a broker so you can lose more of the already too small pie? Sounds like you have no customers and live and die off loadboard freight.

I'm sorry, you are correct Rob, after reading my comment, I realize that I misspoke, I just mean that it's not a great idea to give out loads to unknown companies without qualifying them properly. XLine was a fake broker with no credentials. What I meant to say before was, why are some trucking companies giving loads back to brokers originally from brokers..

To address your comment, an asset based trucking company who brokers out loads to their qualified partner carriers and owner ops is beneficial to all participants involved. This scenario is good for everyone! And thanks :)

It's the unknown companies who come out of the woodwork, like XLine, with no credentials, and no insurance, and no trucks. Like in the above issue with XLine, the carriers who gave them loads most likely didn't properly qualify. For example, Xline had no insurance, fake address and fake trade references... And can be found out with a phone call to the insurance company...

I'm sure most people are checking details and updating insurance and ensuring the companies and carriers they are working with are legit and asset based.... I have myself made mistakes and share them here hoping to help others not make the same mistakes..

And by the way, I'm a freight broker only, who only posts loads, I can't see the other side of the board as a carrier.

Thanks for your time.

That’s unfortunate, ironic that Ukon and Upper Ace got screwed over, they are double broker specialists so that’s karma.
