World Wide Carriers Ltd.- Bolton

On the FMCSA website you can see that they have bounced around from insurance company to insurance company over the past number of years. They are currently with IRONSHORE SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY which from what I understand is the US affiliate company that BVD insures through. It's the first time I have come across it. There is no notification of cancellation on the FMCSA website yet but it may take a few days for it to update. This doesn't mean that they cannot get insurance with one of the other companies in short order.

Hopefully more concrete information about World Wide Carriers LTD and their closely related company World Wide ASG Logistics INC. The FMCSA shows more than 200 power units for this company.
 
My rate conf bill to is the brokerage unit-"World Wide ASG"- should I contact the surety already?

We are at 43 days, their pay terms are 75. They have not responded to us since one week.

It might be too late but doesn't hurt to put in a claim with their surety!
