This Carrier has some real communication issues. Do not take responsibility for their errors and deliver when they want to. Then proceed to demand payment for Loads we had to hire another carrier to complete. Acts like a child and threatens to contact our customer when they don't get their own way. Very rude and very unprofessional

What do you mean by not getting their own way? Are you meaning not getting payment when demanding it, or did you give them unrealistic instructions on something?

Had a similar experience - poor communication, lied, late delivery - have them as DNU now.
