Wide Range Grimsby, On

Anyone have recent payment trends for this company? thx

I would suggest getting something in writing from them to nail them down to a specific payment date. Otherwise you will be chasing them in a few months...

Tell them to have someone senior in the company sign a payment commitment for 45 days from delivery.

I agree with jonny-chicken. But if you want to do one better - ask for a post dated cheque to have ON HAND prior to delivery. Then at the 30 day mark - take it to the bank...no chasing.

We did that with Wide Range...no issues....

I presented a cheque every week for 6 weeks trying to get paid. I had an idea and presented the cheque for certification on a Saturday morning. I got my money and a nasty phone call which made my day.

Wide Range has had this reputation for a long time. It's surprising they have the carrier and customer base that they have.

Wide Range still tough to get paid from, on my DNU list, after many excuses and 100 days received a cheque, Oh but they did hire a new controler or that's one of the excuses. Why do companies like Wide Range manage to stay in business??

They have always been kind of slow to pay for us, but also always were upfront and answered payment inquiries quickly and honestly. Lately emails are going unanswered and we have an invoice from July 31 and a few more behind it.

Gerry has been in business forever and always been slow. We have not done anything for them in over 10 years.
